Terms and Conditions of Sale
Each order placed with Rikale Investment Europe S.R.L constitutes a contractual proposal from the customer. Therefore, it is binding for Rikale Investment Europe S.R.L only if:
- It is complete in all its parts.
- It contains all the elements necessary to accurately identify the ordered products.
- It is confirmed and accepted by Rikale Investment Europe S.R.L.
Rikale Investment Europe S.R.L reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders or those lacking the necessary data for processing. The fiscal documentation related to the ordered products is issued by Rikale Investment Europe S.R.L at the time of their shipment to the customer. Rikale Investment Europe S.R.L ships throughout Italy using GLS, BARTOLINI, UPS, POSTE ITALIANE, and DHL couriers.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal working hours. Delivery generally takes 1-2 days throughout Italy from the moment the express courier takes charge of the package, excluding islands where delivery takes 3-5 days. Shipments within Europe take 4-5 days. These timings are beyond our control, so we cannot guarantee them.
In case the courier is unable to deliver due to the recipient's absence, the recipient will be contacted for redelivery. If this second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the relevant office where it will be held for a maximum of 3 working days awaiting recipient pickup. If the package is not collected within the maximum storage period, it will be returned to the sender.
Rikale Investment Europe S.R.L. will do its best to deliver the products to the consumer within the indicated timeframe. The consumer is encouraged to contact info@ykenabeauty.com in case of delivery delays and to report any issues experienced. Rikale Investment Europe S.R.L is not responsible for unforeseeable delays and/or delays attributable solely to the courier.
EU consumers can use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to file a complaint when encountering problems with an online purchase.
The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is a friendly dispute resolution tool provided by the European Commission.
The parties have 90 days to engage in dialogue through the platform and reach a mutually satisfactory agreement. If this does not happen, the consumer has 30 days to contact an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, which is neutral and authorized to resolve the case. Consumers can also choose to immediately contact a third party without waiting for the expiration of the deadlines.

Return Policy
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within fourteen days after receipt of the goods. It is necessary to send an email to support@ykenabeauty.com specifying the reason for the return request and your contact information. At this point, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please ensure that all invoices and/or receipts inside the package are included. The customer must return the product carefully packaged in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, and everything originally contained. In the absence of these items, the customer can still return the product; however, the refund value will be reduced, and the assessment will be made when we physically receive the product in our warehouse. The shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility.
