Refund policy

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction (unless you have expressly agreed otherwise); in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within fourteen days after receipt of the goods. It is necessary to send an email to support@ykenabeauty.com specifying the reason for the return request and your contact information. At this point, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please make sure to include all invoices and/or receipts inside the package. The customer must return the product carefully packaged in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, and everything originally contained. In the absence of these items, the customer can still return the product; however, the refund value will be reduced, and the assessment will be made when we physically receive the product in our warehouse. The shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility.
